This page describes what happens to your data when it passes through this website. It covers www.hotellasuite.fr; processing linked to the stay itself — confirmed booking, invoicing, arrival formalities — is explained to you by the hotel.

Contact and private-hire forms — We receive what you write: your name, your email address, your telephone number if you give it, the dates and number of guests where relevant, and your message. This is used only to answer you (pre-contractual steps taken at your request, article 6.1.b GDPR). Nothing is stored in a database on this website: our server forwards the message to info@hotellasuite.fr, where it is kept for as long as your request requires, then for no more than three years after our last exchange.

Booking — The booking engine is operated by Amenitiz Solutions S.L. (Barcelona, Spain) on behalf of the hotel. Dates and details you enter there are governed by that service’s own privacy policy.

Map in the footer — The Google map only loads once you click it. Until you do, nothing is sent to Google. After the click, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own policy.

Analytics — This website uses no analytics, no advertising and no profiling. No cookies are set for those purposes; details are on the “Cookie information” page.

Processors and hosting — The website and the mailbox are hosted by OVH SAS, in France. The booking engine is provided by Amenitiz Solutions S.L. (European Union). The map is provided by Google Ireland Ltd., only after your click. No data is sold or passed on to third parties.

Your rights — You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to info@hotellasuite.fr or to the postal address above; we reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr.
